Nikolaus and Katharina got married at Villa Bergzauber on 18 July 2026. They had always pictured their ceremony outside, and even when the sky looked uncertain, they held on to that wish. So their ceremony began in the open air, exactly the way they had imagined it.

For Katharina’s entrance, they chose “Halo” by Beyoncé, and our Nikolaus arranged it for violin and strings in his studio. On the day, he played it live as she walked down the aisle outside.

Halfway through, the rain came, and everyone moved inside together to finish the ceremony. Nothing about the mood changed. And as soon as it cleared up, the cocktail hour went right back outside. In the end, they got their day outdoors after all, just in two parts.

Two Nikolauses, one summer shower, and a day we will not forget. Thank you both!
